How can I adjust email printing to include headers?
Some of my emails are printing without the headers of: From, Sent, To,
Subject. I have tried adjusting the margins (which are at 0.5). The are HTML formated emails, and some of my emails are printing fine. I have also tried different printers, but it does not make a difference.
