Default Copy and Paste Visio

When using the org chart shapes in Visio - I am finding that if I copy a
shape with 15 names in a box and paste to another sheet it will delete all
but three names in that box. I have copied a division of people to put onto
a separate sheet and it will delete all but three names in all the boxes.

I've just tested that and I see your point. Did you edit the shape's text
directly?

Try pasting the names into the name (cutsom properties) field and then try
copying and pasting. Seems to work ok for me.

Best regards

John
