Default Can I scroll through years rather than months on a date chooser.

In a form on Access 2007 I have a date field that populates with a calendar
function when I select it, problem is, I am selecting peoples date of birth
and when it opens it opens on todays date, I can scroll back in time month by
month but dont appear to be able to do it by year which is what I want to
quicken things up, any ideas welcomed.
