Can I import a shape or PDF drawing into VISIO 2003

And what would you do with it after you got it? Visio doesn' read pdf. Shape
is pretty non-descriptive, what's the binary format?

What I have are line drawings of terminal blocks, switches, and other
electronic product. I want to use these when doing wiring diagrams. They
were created in auto CAD and converted to PDF.
I want to place these in my library of shapes so I do not have to redraw
them when I need them.

fred,
visio can read cad drawings (dwg/dxf, version dependent) directly. with a
little work these can be converted to visio shapes (and then the fun
begins).
