Importing to Visio 2003
And what would you do with it after you got it? Visio doesn' read pdf. Shape
is pretty non-descriptive, what's the binary format? al "Fred" wrote in message ... Can I import a shape or PDF drawing into VISIO 2003 |

Importing to Visio 2003
What I have are line drawings of terminal blocks, switches, and other
electronic product. I want to use these when doing wiring diagrams. They were created in auto CAD and converted to PDF. I want to place these in my library of shapes so I do not have to redraw them when I need them. "AlEdlund" wrote: And what would you do with it after you got it? Visio doesn' read pdf. Importing to Visio 2003
fred,
visio can read cad drawings (dwg/dxf, version dependent) directly. with a little work these can be converted to visio shapes (and then the fun begins). al "Fred" wrote in message ...
