Default the rotate command dialogue box does not work

I want to rotate an object in PowerPoint. Using the Draw and Rotate commands,
the Rotate dialogue or icon box is greyed out. What is wrong? The object is
an imported .flo chart which behaves perfectly in every other way.

Vital,
What version of PPT do you have. Not all versions allow for rotating images
and stuff. Starting with version PPT 2002 you can.

Luc,
Thanks for your question. I have PP 2003. I have side-stepped the problem by
copying the image into Word, rotating it there and then copying back to PP.
But there must be a simple way of correcting PP. (I hope).
