Default Outlook Address Book

I'm using Outlook 2002, and messed up my Outlook Address book. The address
book used to show Contacts twice on the drop down. One was empty, and the
other one had my real Contacts. I decided to remove both, and to just add
the real one.

Now, I can't add address books, whether it's OAB or PAB. I get a "The
account you have added is not fully configured. It might not work properly
until re-configured correctly." error. Also, if I click on Properties on my
Contacts folder, the "Show this folder as an e-mail Address Book" check box
is greyed out.

I've tried re-installing Outlook, but I'm still getting the same errors.
Any help would be much appreciated.

Thanks, but I've been there before, and the information presented
doesn't help. Trying to add an address book gives "The account you have
added is not fully configured. It might not work properly until
re-configured correctly." error, and the "Show this folder as an e-mail
Address Book" check box is greyed out.

Have you already configured a mail transport and an information store in
this profile?
