I cannot send emails, only receive them. My computer died and I just picked
up the new one today with all my data transferred from old one. It appears
that my ISP information is correct. How can I fix this problem???????

Contact your ISP for the correct settings or post the verbatim error message
you receive when you attempt to send a message.

Appearances can be deceiving. I'd triple check, even quintuple check. One
errant dot (.), or space ( ) can be hard to spot, but will prevent the
expected action.
