Default I can't copy and paste a message

The copy and paste function from the Works word processor to Windows Mail
(Outlook Express) has always been easy. But as of today it does not work.
When I copy and paste a message to an email I get this - "Windows Mail has
stopped working." I also get this message - "Last time you ran Windows Mail
it did not exit correctly."

How can I correct this? What did I do wrong?

Sorry about that. My question is for a neighbor who has Windows Mail. (I use
Outlook Express.) She can't copy and past a message from her word processor
onto an email without getting that "Windows Mail has stopped working" notice.

Will I have to go to another forum to post this question or can someone on
this forum answer it?
