Reading this newsgroup

Somewhere I have toggled something that is slighyly irritating. When I
read this newsgroup the text runs over into the advertising on the
right side of the window. I had this problem before but do not remember
what I did to solve it. Can one of you gurus point me in the right
direction. No, I haven't searched the help desk etc.

How are you accessing this group? I use Outlook Express so I don't have ads.

As JoAnn points out, if you use an NNTP newsreader such as Outlook Express,
you have no ads (and avoid a lot of other irritations as well). See

The frame is moveable in the Community newsgroup. Put your cursor on the frame
and widen it. The cursor will turn into a double arrow.
Microsoft news is best read in your newsreader:

I think you can click on View | Text Size and set the text to a
smaller size to straighten that out.

to lanuch Outlook Express to read the newsgroups without ads, although if you're using an AOL software package there may be a
different behavior involved.

As far as I know I have never used Outlook, do not know how to access
Outlook and do not see the need for it. I have far too much computer
stuff to try and remember and realize that if I do not use something at
least monthly it is history. I need all the help I can get.
