Default Why can't I see both shared contacts lists?

Using Outlook 2003. I have been added to share 2 contacts lists in my boss'
profile. When I click 'open shared contacts' in my navigation pane and select
his name only one of the lists shows up.

you need to add his mailbox as a secondary mailbox to see the other folders.
