Default outlook error address

I upgraded the outlook patch. Afterwards, I rebooted the
system. Now when I open OUtlook, I get a MESSAGE on the
screen--"a program is trying to access email address you
have stored in OUtlook. Do you want to allow this?

How do I resolve this?

See http://www.slipstick.com/outlook/ol2002sp3.htm#problems for information
on how to get upgrades for some programs that interact with Outlook so as to
cause such security warnings.
