I had to reinstall my Microsoft Office. Now when I turn
on my system Excel opens right away. Is there an easy
way to turn this off? All I want to do is to be able to
use my icon to open Excel. Thanks.

Is Excel listed in your startup folder? (Usually can be
found by going to 'start', 'programs', and then to
the 'startup' folder. If so, just delete it here & you
should be set!

Take the Excel shortcut out of the startup folder.
