Business Contacts Manager fails to install?

Default Business Contacts Manager fails to install?

When I tried to load Microsoft Office Professional Edition on my new
computer, Microsoft Office Professional Edition 2003 loaded fine. However,
when I tried to install Business Contacts Manager, almost immediately I get
the following error message: "Setup failed to configure the server. Refer to
the server error logs and setup error logs for more information." Where would
I find the error logs? What could cause this problem?

the Business Contact Manager add-in for Outlook 2003".

Thanks for your help. After i went through all three steps, Business
Contacts Manager installed properly.
