How do I install a retail version over a trial version?

Hi. Ok heres my situation. I accidentally left my office 2003 pro CD at home
in Australia before coming on a year long holiday to England. However, my CD
is being brought over to me when my parents come for a visit in a couple of
months. My question is how will I install the retail CD version of office
over my downloaded trial version? The reason I want to do this is so that
emails in outlook and addresses etc are not lost, which would happen if i had
to remove the trial version then install the retail version.
