error message

when I have an e-mail with an attachment (paper clip showing) I can open it
with no problem. When I have a photo showing in the e-mail I cannot download
it to a file. I get the following error message "system Cannot Find The File
Specified" with two buttons one says "OK" the other "Help" If you check help
you get the following message "Cannot Find C:\WINDOWS\system32\mshtml.help
file"

It's only been doing that for about a week now and I'm at a loss as to what
to do.
