Label reverts to default page setup
I've created a 3 1/3 x 4 label report using the label
report wizard. I modified the layout for our return address. The label printing is inititated from a command button on a form. On the form is list of orders to print and a starting position (1-6 labels/page). The "run" command button first writes out to a table the appropriate number (starting label number) of blank records and then the appropriate label information for the orders selected. The problem is frequently, haven't been able to detemine a pattern yet, the label layout reverts back to a default report page setup values (i.e. 1 column, 1" margins etc). I've never had this issue before (but I've never used the starting position idea before). Any thought? Thanks Jim Tinder |

Thanks Jim Tinder If you are using Access 2000 this is a known bug and is documented in the Microsoft Knowledgebase article: Q245021 'List of Fixed Problems in Microsoft Office 2000 Service Release 1/1a (SR-1/SR-1a)' And specifically: Q240826 'Lost Printer Settings when Name Autocorrect is turned on' Turn off the Name AutoCorrect feature as a temporary 'fix'. Then download and install the Service Release 1/1a. -- Fred Please only reply to this newsgroup. I do not reply to personal email. |
