Default Pantone -vs- RGB colors...

I'm making a drawing and want to color certain shapes as specified in an
ANSI standard. Unfortunately, the color specification in the standard
refers to colors in PMS notation (No, no... It's not that! It's Pantone
Matching System!) but Visio knows about RGB (and HSL).

Is there some easy (and free) way to compute the RGB values if you know the
Pantone color number?

Thanks!

Al
