Global Change for Symbols

Sorry but I don not know how to turn those options on
I was helping solve this problem for another user and do not use Visio as a
rule.
Please point me to the right menu to activate 'List Symbols on Page' and
'Stencil Report'

Try using the 'List Symbols on Page' and 'Stencil Report'. The shapes
might not be called what you think they are.

It can't find the new shape that you want. The new shape must be in an
open stencil (and preferably the only open stencil). Also, the name
must match (though case is unimportant).
