Page numbers change in table of contents when emailed.
I have a multi-paged document with table of contents. When doc is emailed the
page numbers in the table of contents change to 3's, even though they are correct when closing and saving before send on original workstation. After being emailed the recepient has to open doc go to table of contents, highlight table of contents, then right click go to update table of contents the update entire table and the correct page numbers appear. Is this a protection issue? Outlook issue? Table format issue? Can't find fix. Also, this doc is sent in book read format. Recepients have to change to normal view before they can correct page numbers. |
