Default How can I sync my work and home calenders everyday and keep label

I have two computers that I want to be on the same calender, I change both at
different times, but at the end of the day, I would like to sync them so that
I know what is on the other when I'm at either...

http://www.slipstick.com/outlook/sync.htm should have some ideas. I use an
iPAQ and Activesync.
