Reoccurance Problem in Dragging Calendar Items
Greetings,
I have a domain running Outlook 2003 connecting to Exchange 2002. I have several public Calendars that were made by my business administrator. He needs to drag recuring calendar appointments from one calendar to copy them to another. When he does this, he loses the "recuring" attribute of the calendar appointment. We are trying to find a solution to this problem. Some interesting things: 1. If he forwards the recurring item to himself (Open the appointment -- Actions-- Forward), he can then drag the appointment from the email to the other calendar and it keeps the recurring attribute. 2. Two other computers that we have tested in the office CAN drag the items from one calendar to the other and they keep the attribute. The only difference that we can think of is that they were upgraded from Outlook 2002. Thanks for any help in advance! Chris |

One more thing to note...the permissions set on the business manager is
Owner for all the public calendars. |
