Header frame gone
The document I'm working in is missing the header frame. When I View Header/Footer, it just leaves me on the current page and there's no header frame box. If I use the Different First Page feature, I get a header frame on Page 1 of the section, but then there's no header frame on the second page. How do I get it back?

It sounds as if this document might be damaged. Try copying the body of the document, WITHOUT the last paragraph mark, to a new document. Can you now access the headers/footers?
