Default Word 2000 business card layout problem-

Please help a retired guy- I made a business card for a friend, and need to
change a .jpg image, inserting Silver Zebra.Right.jpg -- . It won't let me
do that. Can anyone help? Thanks. I have been working on it for 6 hours
and cannot figure how to do that.
