how do I make a picture a background for a powerpoint
I cant seem to figure out how to make a picture that i already have on my
computer the background image for a powerpoint presentation. What I am trying to do is to make a certain pic the background image for the entire powerpoint presentation

Go to View Master Slide Master. Then go to Format Background. Click on
the color box and select Fill effects. Click on the Picture tab and browse to your image file.
