Default diff settings of "show time as" setting on 2 calendars for a meeti

How does one schedule a meeting for someone else thru a calendar and have the
"show time as" setting different for each person?
For example:
A secretary opens his boss' calendar, schedules a meeting for a 3rd person
to interview a job candidate. It should show a "free" on the boss' calendar,
and "busy" on the 3rd person's caledar. Is it possible to do this w/o
manually setting this to busy and free on each calendar?
Thank you,
Gail
