Default "Not implemented" error

I have recently set up a new PC with windows XP Pro SP2.
I installed Office XP Pro and then installed Outlook 2003.
We use Exchange (I think its 2000) which is part of SBS2003 Premium.

When I right-click on any file in explorer and try to "Send To"-"Mail
Recipient"
I get the error "Not Implemented" - (Not very helpful description)

Any help would be appreciated

Kevan
