Default Saving Power Poit

I remember someone telling me that when I was saving a power point flyer to
be sent to other co-workers I needed to change the file type. For the life of
me I cannot remember how to do it. Bottom line is I want to send one slide
for a party and I want it to open automatically and I do not want the outline
boxes to show. I hope that this makes sense to someone.

Thanks a million

Save it as a PowerPoint Show by clicking on (in PPT 2003 or earlier) File,
SaveAs and then in Save as type dropdown box PowerPoint Show (.pps) and if
in PPT 2007 click the Office button, Save As and then in the Save as type
dropdown box PowerPoint 97-2003 Show (.pps) unless you know the recepient
has PPT 07 or the converter program installed and then you could save in
native format PowerPoint Show (*.ppsx).

Hope this helps, let us know.
