Default series and axis alighnment

I have several charts that contain two series with a primary and secondary axis. For some reason, in some of them (but not all) the primary axis does not line up with the data point on the series line. Does anyone have an idea of why this is happening and how I can correct it?

Are you sure the series is on the axis you think it's on?
