MS WORD 2003 ERROR

I using word 2003 SP3 , when I open word document around 18 pages ,
sometimes i dont work using Page up / Page down Key in keyboard move the
line in the word document , i need using mouse to move the line. also when
move the line , also i don't know why the text remove when press move Page
up / Page down key .

Please advice any solution to solve out this problem.
