Excel 2007 columns

Default Excel columns

When i open excel Sheet the columns instead of having alphabets like
(A,B,C,D.... ) it has numbers 1,2,3,4...... . How should i change the
columns numbers to alphbets

Office ButtonExcel OptionsFormulas.

Uncheck R1C1 reference style.
