Default Chart Location

In the middle of the following page, I have a link to
InteractiveChartResizer, a utility that will let you select a chart,
push a button, then select the range of cells that you want to fill with
the chart:

If you hold the Alt key while moving and resizing a chart, its edges
will line up with the cell boundaries, without making you squint.
