Default How to shrink an 11 x 17 doc, to insert into an 8.5 x 11 doc?

I've got a table formatted to fit into an 11 x 17 doument, that I'd like to
insert into a 'book' by shrinking it to fit into 8.5 x 11 landscape.

What''s the easest way to do that?

Can you make use of the two pages per sheet facility in the Print dialog?
