Default How do you send an attachment in Microsoft Word 2003?

I have just installed Microsoft Word 2003. I cannot find where you can send

File | Send To | Mail Recipient as Attachment. To make this option
available, go to Tools | Options | General and check the box for "Mail as
attachment."
