Skip past and return to slide to play videos
I have a 2007 presentation with multiple mpeg 2 videos (which display fine
using mplayer2) which play OK, but only after I click through a slide, backup to the slide with the video, and click on it to start. I have the video set to play automatically, by the way. I had a few people try this in 2003 format, and as a 2003 pps, with only one PC (with Office 2003 installed) able to see the videos work as designed (automatically upon navigation to the slide). All others behave as above. |

Skip past and return to slide to play videos
Bud,
I have heard this a few times but have been unable to reproduce it. Any chance you can send me a copy of the presentation? (Or make a small single slide presentation with one of the non-working videos in it?) Austin Myers AT&W Technologies Creators of PowerPoint add-ins "Bud" wrote in message ... Austin,
Thank you for your response. We have done some more research, and it seems like it's just certain file types coming out of Pinnacle Studio. WMV and MPEG-1 files play fine, although at lower quality. For our purposes, we're just going to use MPEG-1. Thanks again, Bud "Austin Myers" wrote: Bud, I have heard this a few times but have been unable to reproduce it.
