Default how do you export font into an optimizer

how do you export font into microword for a .ttf format? I have a ttf
downloaded font I want to add to my word program....????

Copy the TTF file into your \Windows\Fonts folder or use Control Panel, Fonts
to install the font. As long as it's a good-quality font, you'll be able to
use it in all of your Windows programs then.
