Configuration revisited

Each time I come to the office and connect to the network, Visio starts
configuring and installation. Especially downloading my Outlook files takes a
lot of time because of this. I work with Visio 2007 in professional Windows
Vista on an Acer laptop. I have stopped all macro's.
