the technique is the same for manually drawing, drag an appropriate shape
from a stencil onto the page, fill in the name and position, move onto the next person. When you have the drawing looking like you want it, select all of the shapes, copy to clipboard, paste special into powerpoint. al "Excel ??" wrote in message ... thank that was helpful. Got it, would you mind telling me how I can copy the exact same page onto a
new page without losing the format? I have to create tons of org charts and need to keep all the boxes etc..same size all looking the same. Thank you so much for your help. -- 2 "AlEdlund" wrote: the technique is the same for manually drawing, drag an appropriate shape from a stencil onto the page, fill in the name and position, move onto the next person.
