R-click the Taskbar, and select Tile Windows Vertically

I don't know what "R-click the Taskbar" means.

R-click means press/click the Right-hand mouse button. The Taskbar is
that area at the bottom of the screen that shows your open applications,
along with the start button. So with the mouse cursor on the Taskbar,
click the right-hand mouse button.

Right-click the Taskbar which is the bar across the bottom of your screen.

The one with "Start" at lower left corner and your open applications listed
across.
