Can you tie/sync a piecce of clip art (a checkered flag) to a critical
milestone on a visio timeline ?

Default Can you sync a piece of clip art to a timeline milestone

Yes. First, go to the menu bar View Drawing Explorer window. Expand the
Foreground Pages in the DEW. Expand the page of interest, expand the shapes.
The various milestones will be displayed. If you just have one, it out to
say something like Diamond milestone, otherwise it will have a number
assigned, e.g., Diamond milestone.40. Place your checkered flag where you
want it vertically, above or below the timeline. Right click and open it's
shapesheet. In the 1st section, Shape Transform, edit the PinX value, e.g.,
Diamond milestone!PinX or Diamond milestone.40!PinX. This syncs the flag to
the diamond. Close the shapesheet. Your flag should follow the diamond.
