Logical pivot table
Is there anyway to create a logical field and a pivot table for ex: colmun d is going to be a logical T. F. column E is going to be figures which is going to be sum for the pivot table but only the ones that agree eith column D logical

Logical pivot table

When you create your pivot table, drag the column D header button to the row field, and column E to the data field. Then after the table is created, deselect either the TRUE or the FALSE as appropriate, and your pivot table will update HTH, Bernie MS Excel MVP "dk" wrote in message ...
