problem creating a form in access 2003

Default problem creating a form in access 2003

I'm trying to create a form with form wizard in access 2003 but when asked to
select a field from my existing tables, none of the fields from the tables
are showing.
please help

In properties, check that RecordSource is set to a table. If not, click
the arrow and select a table.

Another way is to go to the Tables on the DB window. select the table
and on the bar above, there is a button and arrow for 'autoForm' which
creates a very basic form based on all the controls. Just go through
them, align them and size them as you wish, or delete the ones you don't
want.

I have the same problem with form wizards.
Jeff wich properties, I don't find any RecordSource.
