How do I prepare a Shewhart Chart and What is the Westgard Rule?

Default Shewhart and Westgard rule?

I think you're going to need to figure out which Rule/Rules you're going to
use on your chart. Are you just using "T1", or what I'd call Goal Post, or
are you using all 8?
