Default New Doc Cursor Position

Use Word 2003 - My new doc cursor position is now located at very top of
page. Page Setup values appear normal including vertical position and top
margin. When I access the Boarder page and click on None - then enter, the
cursor returns to it's proper position. What can I do to return my new doc
cursor position to it's correct position? Thanks!
