How do I send someone a complete access file?

If by some kinds of e-mail you have to change the file extention to something
other that .mdb as the mail will not let it go through.

If by CD then they must save to a drive and change attribute from Read Only.

If you just have a single .mdb or .accdb file, without linked tables, then you
can just send them that file. Since databases tend to be pretty big, and since
some email programs (Outlook in particular) consider them to be dangerous, you
should probably first use Tools... Database Utilities... Compact and Repair to
shrink down the database, and then put the database into a Zip folder (right
mouseclick it in Windows Explorer and choose Send To... Compressed (zipped)
Folder. Email the zipped file as an attachment.
