Default Changes shapes in organizational chart

Hello -
Can you help me figure out how to change the boxes to triangles in an
organizational chart in visio? I used the wizard to create the chart based on
data entered into an excel file.

Default Changes shapes in organizational chart

This is not possible from organization chart shapes that are in the
Organization Chart template in Visio. You can only change the organization
chart shapes to another position type. Some shapes in Visio have built-in
intelligence utilizing the ShapeSheet and/or add-ons that enable you to
switch between several versions of the shape using the a shortcut menu.
"Flowchart Shapes" in the Basic Flowchart Shapes stencil is one of these.
But this is not easily accomplished and should require knowledge of the
ShapeSheet API.
