How can I design a special message for auto reply to someone specific. I have received them from others but can't figure it out on Outlook. Rules doesn't give you a place to write a message
Thanks for any help

Cleve,

I have used the following in Outlook 2003 but the same information may work
in other version as well.

Create a new rule based on when messages arrive.
Select from people or distribution - click on the link and either select the
name from the Addres book or type in one manually in the FROM field.
Click Okay and Next

Select Have Server Reply Using Specific Message. Click on the message and
complete it as though sending an email but create the template you want to
use. This will go out for all emails from the addressed listed previously.

You can also use the Reply Using Specific Template. However you first need
to create the template to use this one.

Hope this helps
