Default outlook 2002 hangs

Outlook 2002 hangs when trying to reply to email with
table but is ok with other emails. It doesn't matter if
WORD is already open or not. It happens with emails
concerning eBay or Paypal sales that have tables in them.
Hope someone can help. Thanks so much for any help.

Ruth,

Is this table a picture (jpg or gif) if so I have seen it when embedded
pictures in an email can cause a delay, especially if you are on slow
connection. Is it possible for you to have the table sent to you as an
attachement instead of embedded in the Outlook email?

I would also make sure your Windows and MS Office up-to-date with all the
latest patches. I would also check to make sure you have enough system
resources available. Check to make sure if you have enough space available
on your hard-drive Open MyComputer and select the local hard-drive C: the
space available should be listed in the lower part of the screen. If not
right click on see and go to properties.

The table is not a jpg or gif. In fact, I can reply to
emails fine when they have a jpg embedded in them. It
seems to only happen with automatic emails from PayPal
and eBay. Although, I don't think I get any other emails
that have tables in them. I'm on 1.5 DSL. I have 37GB
free on my HD and 256RAM. I have the latest updates. I
created a basic table in FrontPage and pasted it into an
email and didn't have any trouble replying to it. Thanks
for your suggestions and help. Ruth
