small worksheet names
I have user that has his monitor resolution set high and
then goes in and adjusts the size of the cells to accomodate what he is doing. When he does this, the size of the worksheet names at the bottom are small. He asked if there was something I could do for him and I said it was pretty much because of the resolution. Any other ideas? |

Hi
The tab font size is a windows setting. In Win XP, go into control panel, Display,Appearance and set the font to large or extra large. HTH Ken --- Outgoing mail is certified Virus Free. Paul,
Ken's recommendation is probably what you need. An alternative is to adjust the display settings... Right-click the desktop Select the settings tab Click the Advanced button Increase the DPI setting. Paul
The size of the sheet tabs are governed by the setting for Scrollbars in Windows Display Appearance. Mine are at 18. Start there and work your way up or down. The font will increase or decrease with the size of sheet tabs. Win98 as example... Start Settings Control Panel Display Appearance(WinXP AppearanceAdvanced) "Item" drop down select Scrollbar Change setting to Taste Apply OK Depending upon your settings, you may have to re-boot to see the changes. Also note: this is a Global change and will affect all Applications.
