Default time difference between outlook 2000 & 2002

I have an employee that uses two different computers in two different locations. We use Exchange 2000 in out domain. One computer runs 2000 with outlook 2000 the other runs XP with 2002 outlook. There is 1 hour difference in the calender between the two outlooks-For instance: On the Xp he will set an appointment for 9:00 am but when he logs on to the 2000 box it will show 8:00 am. I cannot figure out whats going on. The time on the computers are the same.

Check the time zone and daylight saving time settings in both Windows *and*
Outlook on both machines -- probably one of these settings is off.
