Default Activation Problems

I recently installed the new Office 2007 Beta 2 and I am having a problem
activating it. Whenever I tell it to activate it comes back saying there's a
problem with my internet connection and it can't continue. I know for a fact
that my internet is working fine so what can i do?

I also have the same problem, I'm using Outpost Firewall, I've disabled it,
and then tried, and still doesn't seem to work, I've also reinstalled Office
2007 Beta 2, and no luck. Also, my connections is working properly with any
other application. Anyone have suggestions?

Ditto... I have the same problem. Maybe Microsoft's servers are just
flooded with activation requests.

One might conclude that seeing everyone is having an activation issue that
the Microsoft Activation Server is down. The connection message that everyone
is getting is a two way street. That is to say that the internet connection
issue is on the Microsoft side!
